The project involved preparing 33 articles for the July 2026 issue of Training magazine in WordPress. Article images were renamed to match their corresponding Word documents, “EDIT_01” was removed from filenames, and the images were compressed for web use. Each Word document was reviewed and converted into a WordPress draft with the title, subtitle, author, article text, tags, July 2026 issue assignment, and Magazine Articles category entered correctly. Article headings were formatted as unbolded H2s, numbered subheadings as bold paragraphs, and hyperlinks and lists were preserved. Matching images from the WordPress Media Library were assigned as featured images, with additional images inserted into the three articles that called for inline graphics. All 33 articles were reviewed and saved as drafts, ready for a final check before publishing.
